General Guidelines for All Areas
- All amenities are for Members in good standing and their accompanied guests. To transfer amenity rights to renters, complete the Transfer of Rights and Privileges form and deliver to the ASPOA office. There is no fee for this filing this form.
- Use at your own risk
- Must be current on Annual Maintenance fees
- Guests must be accompanied
- Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- No glass containers
- No illegal or commercial activity
- No private closures without Board approval
- No inflatables, bounce houses, generators, or large equipment
- Clean up all trash and pet waste
- Only vaccinated dogs allowed
- ADA/service animal rules apply
Guidelines: Shared Amenities
(No additional fee)
Lakeside Park
- Under 16 must be with adult (18+)
- Gate must remain closed, Vizpin needed to enter
- No feeding wildlife or hunting
- Fires in grills only
- No camping
- Dogs leashed Mon–Thurs
- No dogs Fri–Sun
Geronimo Children’s Park
- Playground for children only
- Under 12 must be supervised (18+)
- Fires in grills only
- No camping
- Dogs leashed Mon–Thurs
- No dogs Fri–Sun
Guidelines: Open Access Amenities

Disc Golf
- First come, first served
- Spectators yield to players
- Under 12 supervised (18+)
- No fires, smoking, or hunting

Hiking Trail
- Pedestrian only (no bikes or vehicles)
- Under 12 supervised (18+)
- No fires, smoking, or hunting
- Dogs leashed Mon–Thurs

Volleyball Court
- First come, first served
- Do not alter nets
- Under 12 supervised (18+)
Soccer Field
- First come, first served
- No motorized vehicles
- Under 12 supervised (18+)

Guidelines: Amenities with Activation Fees
(Sections 1-4, 6-7: Annual maintenance fee + activation fees required.)

Boat Ramp
- Permit required
- Boats up to 25 ft
- Gate must remain closed
- Watercraft must be in good condition
Community Hall
- Reservation + rental required
- 8:00 a.m. to Midnight
- No noise after 10:00 p.m.
- Max 100 people
- No smoking or pets
- Member responsible for cleaning & damages
Pool
- Under 16 supervised (18+)
- Gate must remain closed, Vizpin needed to enter
- No pets or food
- Proper swim attire required
- No unsafe behavior
Sport Courts (Tennis & Basketball)
- First come, first served
- Gate must remain closed
- Under 12 supervised (18+)
- Max 5 guests
- Soft athletic shoes only
- No bikes, boards, or scooters
