Vizpin is a smartphone app that enables members to have access to ASPOA amenities: the Lakeside Park, boat ramp and the Sports Court. (The pool uses another system, not Vizpin.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Vizpin is included in your ASPOA membership. There is an additional fee for a second Vizpin user. There is a maximum of two Vizpin users per member.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Download & Install<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scan this code or visit the Google Play Store or iTunes App Store on your phone and search for \u201cVIZpin SMART\u201d and install<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Register<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the VIZpin SMART app<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Tap \u201cAllow\u201d for the permission requests when prompted<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Tap \u201cSign Up\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Complete all registration fields and click \u201cRegister\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. You will receive a text message with a security code<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Enter the security code in the VIZpin SMART app and tap \u201cConfirm\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Enter the Location ID ___BXY-9J8_____ provided by the Building Manager and tap \u201cRequest Access\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Login using the phone number and password entered during registration  (select the \u201cRemember Me\u201d checkbox for quick access in the future)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using Your Smartkeys<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Building Manager has granted you access, swipe down to refresh your app and retrieve your Smartkeys (cellular data or WiFi connection required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Tap the \u201cOpen\u201d button when within Bluetooth range to unlock<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tap the \u201c+ Info\u201d link under the Smartkey name to view details or add to your Favorites List<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tap the  icon to sort your Smartkeys by closest in range<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tap the  icon to view only the Smartkeys on your Favorites List<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Additional features such as Widgets and Notifications are available – visit VIZpin.com\/tech-tip-videos to learn more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    New Phone or Forgot Your Password?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the VIZpin SMART login  screen, tap \u201cForgot Password\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. You will receive a text message that contains a security code<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Enter the security code in the VIZpin SMART app and confirm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Enter your new password  and confirm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Tap \u201cChange Password\u201d and login with your new password<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    General Troubleshooting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the help icon (looks like a question mark in a circle) in the top right to access our knowledge base, or you can try these common solutions first:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Check that Bluetooth and Location Permissions are enabled for the VIZpin SMART app in your phone settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Refresh the VIZpin SMART app by swiping down on the main screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Turn Bluetooth off and back on again<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Force close the VIZpin SMART app then reopen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
