Maintenance Fees (also referred to as annual dues and assessments) are usually paid online through the homeowners portal managed by PMP Management, the Apache Shores management company.
Since we are currenetly transitioning to our new management companies, the online payment portal is not yet available. We do expect it to be available soon, so please know that it is coming. We will send out an announcement with information about how to use it once things are set up.
Although the Maintenance Fee is normally due by March 1 each year, we understand that this transition has created inconvenience. Because of this, late enforcement will be delayed until May 1, 2026, [Note: the date has changed to May 31, 2026 because of onboarding of the new management company] unless the Board provides a different date in writing.
This is a temporary adjustment due to the management change. The annual Maintenance Fee requirement has not changed.
